Andrés Borden is a RavenHouse Senior Partner specializing in service enhancement. He began his career working in the hospitality industry, where he worked or managed all departments within hotels in numerous countries. During this time Andrés gained valuable knowledge of the service industry and how to apply it to other industries.
Andrés is currently the Managing Director for Victoria International Corporation (VIC) and has trained and consulted in the service arena in over seven countries, positively impacting thousands of recipients.
He received his B.S. in Hospitality with honors from Johnson & Wales University.
