Chris Holland has worked with the
senior leadership of some of America’s most influential
and dynamic companies and healthcare organizations. He has
worked closely with CEOs and senior executives of Fortune
500 corporations, entrepreneurial start-ups and mid-sized
companies, engaging them in becoming more effective as individual
leaders and as high-performing teams.
Focusing on meeting critical business challenges, helps these
leaders break through the interpersonal, political, intellectual
and structural barriers that impede success. He has helped
them develop effective senior leadership teamwork and guided
them in their efforts to create large-scale strategic change.
Having been the Senior Vice President of a fast growth national
healthcare company, the Managing Director of a nationally
recognized high growth start-up business, and a Senior Manager
in a two billion dollar, 6,000 employee, nationally renowned
HMO, Chris is quite familiar with the challenges facing today’s
executives. His work combines over ten years of expertise
as an organizational consultant with the real world grounding
that comes only from walking in the shoes of leadership.
Chris has a M.A. from Boston University.
