David Borden

David Borden is Senior Partner of RavenHouse International. He was founder and Chairman of Victoria International Corporation (VIC), a predecessor to RavenHouse. David has helped many organizations perfect their services to their customers and grow profitably. During his 30-year tenure he and his professional colleagues worked on the successful repositioning of over 400 hospitality, transportation, health care and financial organizations in 30 different countries.

David is a recognized thought leader in the service quality field. He and his colleagues have developed many approaches to creating world-class service for many of the world's best companies. David is an expert in customer research while teaching senior management teams how to capture new markets and grow profitably through outstanding service delivery.

David Borden holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Colorado, and has pursued graduate studies at Colorado and Columbia University. His publications include the book Perfect Service. He is past Chairman of River Network of Portland, OR, and is currently on the Board of the Seacoast Land Trust and the New Hampshire Rivers Council.
