He is valued for his ground-breaking innovations throughout the industry.
His skill set includes: senior management leadership, company restructuring, asset management; competitive positioning, financial analysis, profit planning; property master planning, strategic planning, marketing research; franchise consulting, hotel openings, acquisitions; finance negotiations, contract management, process and systems reengineering.
He has reorganized and repositioned many underperforming hotels, acquired hotel chains, negotiated complex contracts, and installed state-of-the art management systems in many of the world's best hotels.
He was educated at the CERIA Hotel Management School in Brussels , Belgium.
