Fred Arnstein
Senior Consultant

Fred is an expert in customer studies, sophisticated data collection and analysis and business process improvement. He is recognized as a leading contributor in the field of resiliency - understanding how people survive and thrive in the face of adversity and helping them to do so.

He has authored numerous training systems and simulations to address critical organizational issues, including: Quality Action Team, Managing Process Improvement, The New Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Innovation, and most recently Delighting Your Customers.

Fred taught at Boston University and has held senior consulting positions with several leading consulting companies. At RavenHouse International, he consults, teaches, and develops new learning tools while also directing and managing our research capabilities.

Fred earned his B.A. from Antioch College and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
