Jo-Anne is a seasoned
human resources specialist, professional trainer, coach, and
course designer with vast international experience and work
in multi-cultural environments such as Australia, Malaysia,
Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Peru, Brunei,
India, and the USA. This gives her unique and powerful perspectives.
Her previous experience in the hospitality industry spans
operational, managerial and corporate capacities.
While living in Australia, Jo-Anne was invited to become a
confidential member of the Australian Hospitality Review Panel,
established to review and accredit all training programs within
the hospitality industry. She also became a Licensed Workplace
Assessor on behalf of Tourism Training Australia.
Jo-Anne has a degree in Business Administration, majoring
in Human Resource Management, and is a certified NLP Practitioner.
In addition, Jo-Anne has extensive experience in hotel pre-opening
situations, being involved in over eleven hotel openings worldwide.
With Jo-Anne’s vast international experience and years
of stand-up training and facilitation, she has influenced
the professional lives of more than 50,000 people.
