Leesa LeClaire is
an experienced hotel executive with hands-on operational management
experience. She has a proven track record of increasing productivity
by building strong partnerships with both internal and external
customers. Leesa is a strong facilitator and capable of “cutting
through” issues to get to the root cause of any hotel
or resort issue she encounters.
Leesa started her hospitality career with Radisson Hotels
in Accounting and moved into a variety of Guest Service Supervisory
positions. After mastering the Front Office operation, Leesa
was offered the opportunity to become an Assistant General
Manager for Fairfield Resorts. She then accepted the General
Manager position with Pickett Suite Hotels before moving to
a ten-year career with Wyndham International.
Leesa has taken her twenty years of management experience
and passion for improving individual and team performance
and continued work with individuals and groups in maximizing
achievement. Her fun and playful leadership style, mixed with
a no-nonsense approach to excellence in service delivery,
make her a highly sought after trainer and consultant to a
variety of businesses.
