Linda is a RavenHouse Senior Consultant
specializing in financial consulting. She has held senior
management positions in commercial and investment banking
for over twenty years in New York and Boston. Additionally,
Linda was Treasurer of a $900 million manufacturing company
during its period of transition following a major acquisition
and the opening of overseas markets for its products.
Linda has assisted companies of all sizes with complex transactions
of many types, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures,
joint ventures, restructurings, and complex debt and equity
financings. She has assisted many small and medium-sized businesses
improve their operating efficiencies and modify their capital
structures. Her work takes her around the world assisting
companies in manufacturing, distribution, professional services
and hospitality.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Brown University and an
M.A. in International Affairs with a functional concentration
in Middle East Economics from Columbia University.
