Senior Consultant
Lorraine Carulli has spent the last
twenty years as a management consultant with Accenture and
Forum, specializing in helping large organizations in North
America, Europe and Asia better understand and serve their
customers. She has extensive experience in the retail, engineering,
biotech, financial services and manufacturing sectors.
Lorraine's clients have been drawn primarily from the ranks
of large public or emerging technology companies, including
Fluor Daniel, Analog Devices Ireland, Schering Plough, Kraft
General Foods, John Hancock, Citibank, JP Morgan, Royal Bank
of Scotland, Genzyme, The Argos Group, and Verizon
Having earned a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts.
Lorraine's focus has been in the management of customer-driven
change in complex organizations in many cultures. She has
lived and worked in New England, London and Paris, and worked
with clients across the world.
