Mark Arnold
Senior Consultant
Mark Arnold is a seasoned performance consultant, who helps organizations strengthen competitiveness, improve customer satisfaction and boost employee productivity. He has led senior management strategy, planning, organization reengineering and executive alignment sessions throughout the world. His methods encourage participants to check their pre-conceptions at the door and creatively seek ways to optimize growth and profitability.
Mark also conducts organizational assessments, creates measurement
systems, conducts executive retreats, develops and conducts
custom training programs and coaches executives on a range
of professional challenges. Clients he has served include
AT & T, Coca Cola, Data Technology, Electrolux (Europe),
Gillette, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Aventis, IBM, Merck,
PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble, Shell Oil, Texaco,
US Army Soldier Systems Command and Union Carbide.
Mark is the author of articles that have appeared in the Advanced
Management Journal, Inc. Magazine, The Journal of Business
Strategy, Management Review, National's Business, The New
York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
Mark has a B.A. from Oberlin College and an M.S. from Columbia
University. He is fluent in French and has a working knowledge
of German and Spanish. In his spare time he is a professional
jazz pianist.
