Paula is a seasoned sales effectiveness consultant with twenty years of line experience managing and leading sales teams.  She is known for her ability to develop sales effectiveness tools that drive impressive gains in sales productivity.  Her industry experience is diverse and includes working with both inside and outside sales professionals in many industries including retail, insurance, telephony, and financial services.

Paula is recognized for her ground breaking work in helping organizations identify and retain top performers and her experience in designing best-of-breed sales systems.  Her expertise includes design of employee development strategies, leadership development, consultative sales training delivery, sales system auditing and sales coaching. 

Paula is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. In her spare time she enjoys time with her family, long distance running, tennis, fitness training and enjoying the outdoors.
