Senior Consultant
Pierre Lacroix specializes in management
development and organizational improvement. With significant
experience in public, private, non-profit, and social sectors,
he has spent the past thirty years researching and designing
a wide range of concepts, tools, and techniques to address
organizational needs such as leadership and team development,
strategic thinking, large group facilitation and change management.
Pierre’s experience spans the globe as he was involved
in the design and delivery of leadership programs for the
Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and M.G. Industry in
Frankfurt, including delivery to Malaysia, Germany, England,
Singapore, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. Clients include H.A. Simons,
Export Development Corporation, CIDA, Natural Resources Canada,
Human Resources Canada, Industry Canada, Fisheries and Oceans,
DRS Technology, Marconi Communications, the United Way, Volunteer
Canada and the Canadian Medical Association.
Pierre is fluent in English and French and performs his work
in both languages. He earned his Licence es Lettres from Laval
University, an M.A. degree in French Literature from Queen’s
University, and an M.S. in Organizational Development from
Pepperdine University.
