With over twenty years of experience in the world of sales and marketing, Dave has held senior sales leadership roles in leading technology companies including IBM, and Bottomline Technologies where he took the company from start-up to a public company with more than a hundred million in sales. He is a sales infrastructure expert and has extensive experience developing the knowledge of both sales managers and sales executives. His focus is on moving organizations from a traditional sales platform to a customer-centric, value based platform where consultative selling methodology and innovative sales leadership replace product-centric, feature/benefit selling. As an organizational growth expert, he develops highly effective Go-to-Market strategies from the ground up.
Anchored in the real world of sales, his sales training and coaching is known for its ability to simulate the precise sales environment regardless of industry or geography. Dave's in-the-trenches sales experience and disarming personal style contributes to his outstanding sales coaching competencies and ability to lead management teams. Dave has a Masters in Educational Psychology from Wayne State University and a BA from Seton Hall University.
